If a woman dies before her father, do her children have the right to inherit whereas, Pakistani law has given the right?
It should be clear that if a son or daughter dies during the life of their parents, then in the presence of close heirs, their children do not have any share in the inheritance of their paternal or maternal grandfather or grandmother, according to Sharia law. Therefore, in the case of the woman who died during the life of her parents, her children will not have any share in the inheritance of their deceased maternal grandfather as per Sharia. However, if the other heirs want to give them something from their entitled shares on their own free will, they have the option to do so, and this is also a source of great reward, but it is not obligatory on them to do so.
