It should be clear that according to the rules of inheritance, the estate of the petitioner's father deceased, will be distributed among all his mentioned heirs in such a way that whatever movable and immovable property, gold, silver, jewelry, cash the deceased left at the time of his death, including the said shop and all kinds of small and large household equipment left in his possession (all of them are included in the legacy of the deceased), in which, first pay the average expenses of the funeral of the deceased. And, then, pay the debts, if any, owed by the deceased. Then, if the deceased had made a valid will, follow it to the extent of one-third (1/3) of the remaining property. After that, whatever is remained should be divided into total Eight (8) shares, out of which two (2) shares should be given to each son of the deceased, and one (1) share to each daughter.
