it is not disliked to have such a child recite Naats and poetic

It is written in some Fatawa (Islamic verdicts) that it is disliked to have naats and poetic verses be recited by young boys (who beard hasn’t started growing). It is also written in some Fatawa that of the conditions of having naats and poetic verses be recited is that it must not be recited by such young children. But this (i.e. the contrary of what is mentioned in Fatawa) is seen in some Madaris and I have heard of many Madaris in which such young boys recite naats and poetic verses during their programs. I am not understanding whether we should accept what is written in the Fatawa or what is done in Madaris.

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

It is disliked to have a child whose beard hasn’t started growing recite naats and poetic verses where there is fear of temptation due to his facial attractiveness, and it is not disliked to have such a child recite naats and poetic verses where there is no fear of such temptations. Both cases doesn’t oppose the other.
And Allah knows best.
