Ali called his wife Abida “حرام زادی”. He had no specific intention from these words. Does this affect their marriages?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

Although the mentioned words had no effect on Ali’s marriage, one should avoid using such inappropriate words.

مأخَذُ الفَتوی

وفی الرد: ہو (الطلاق) رفع قید النکاح فی (الحال) بالبائن (أو المآل) بالرجعی (بلفظ مخصوص) ہو ما شتمل علی الطلاق۔
وفی الشامیۃ: (قولہ ہو ما اشتمل علٰی الطلاق) مثل أنت طالق، أو کنایۃ کمطلقہ بالتخفیف وکانت ط،ل،ق کقول القاضی فرقتُ بینہما۔ الخ (ج۳، ص۲۲۷)۔ واللہ اعلم بالصواب
