Breaking of Fast is connected with the Sun set.

میں افطار کے صحیح وقت کے بارے میں معلوم کرنا چاہتا ہوں ہمیں روزہ سورج کو دیکھ کر کھولنا چاہئے یا حکومت کی طرف سے اعلان کئے گئے وقت کے مطابق کھولنا چاہئے؟

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

Breaking of Fast is connected with the Sun set. If the referred Government's announcement too is really in keeping with the time of Sun set then it is undoubtedly correct and permissible to break Fast after the announcement. However if this announcement is based on the exact timing then it is precautious to await a minute or two. Allah knows best and His knowledge is perfect.
