Assalamu Alaikum Mufthi Sahib,
Please inform of a Wazeefa so that a girl’s wedding be taken place as early as possible.
And, if a girl wants to get married on her own wish there is no harm in it, or there is ? Also inform of a Wazeefa for a mutually liked marriage.
الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً
Let it be known that although there is allowance in Shari'a for a girl to do Nikah on her own in the same lineage and status as of her, yet, doing so without the consent of the parents is an act based on extreme disgrace and immodesty that she herself keep on wandering in search of a partner for her, whereas normally these types of marriages do not become successful either! As such it is necessary to do away with this type of practices and make arrangements to finalize such matters through the parents and the elders of the family. As for early and desired marriage for a girl, it is beneficent to write down the following Ayath an wear around the neck.
