What do the honorable scholars and esteemed jurists say regarding the following matter: If one rupee of haram (unlawful) wealth is mixed into halal (lawful) earnings, does it render the entire wealth haram, or does only that one rupee remain unlawful?
(2) What is the ruling regarding the wages of a laborer who works for a banker or someone else whose income is from unlawful (haram) sources, and receives payment for his efforts—while the payment is sourced from interest (riba) or other haram means?
(1): Although only that one rupee is considered haram (unlawful), knowingly mixing it with lawful (halal) wealth is a serious sin and highly reprehensible in Shari‘ah.
(2): If it becomes known with certainty that the wages being paid to him are indeed sourced from interest (riba) or other unlawful means, then it is not permissible for him to accept such payment according to Islamic law. Even in general circumstances, it is better to avoid employment under such individuals.
if a person eats any haram thing than his 40 days ibadat will not be accepted.
