Ruling on the earnings from Easy-paisa
What do the learned scholars say about the issue of the earnings from Easy-paisa shop? And is this business permissible or not? And if it is, then the person who sends money on Easy-paisa fall into its category or not? What is the ruling on this? Please explain this issue in the light of Quran and Hadith.

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً
The Easy Money business is a contract that is concluded between the customer and the company, in which the customer gives his money to the company's agent so that the recipient can receive this money in the desired and specified other city to whom this money is being sent, and the company takes some amount of money from the customer as a fee such as a thousand or more for this service. So this lease contract is concluded between the company and the customer and the amount received is the fee for the service provided by the company. Therefore, there is no problem in doing business in this way, and sending money in this way is also correct.

کما في المبسوط للسرخسي: اعلم أن الإجارة عقد على المنفعة بعوض هو مال اھ (15/ 135)۔
وفي بدائع الصنائع: وهي في الحقيقة نوع واحد لأنها بيع المنفعة فكان المعقود عليه المنفعة في النوعين جميعا إلا أن المنفعة تختلف باختلاف محل المنفعة فيختلف استيفاؤها باستيفاء منافع المنازل بالسكنى والأراضي بالزراعة اھ(4/ 175)۔
