Can a SYED GIRL marry a NON SYED boy?

Respected Mufti Sahab, Assalam u Alaikum. I have few questions regarding MARRIAGE. 1. Can a SYED GIRL marry a NON SYED BOY? 2. Can a NON-SYED BOY be the KUFF/KUFV of a SYED GIRL? 3. Can a SYED BOY marry a NON SYED GIRL? 4. Can a NON SYED GIRL be the KUFF/KUFV of a SYED BOY? Respected Sir, I request you to kindly issue a very detailed verdict/fatwa with the official stamp. Let it be known that the KUFV (lineage, wealth etc.) is attributed to the male and if any girl of a Seyyad lineage wishes to marry a non-Seyyad boy on her own for a very less Mahr than that of Mahr e Misl without the consent of her Awlia (pl.of Wali -patrons/benefactors) according to Shari'a the Nikah itself is not taken place since it is instrumental to the ignominy and disgrace of their family. However if the Awlia of the the girl of the Sayyad family agree through mutual consent and permission to marry with a non-Seyyad boy, then in such an instant it will not be considered in Shari'a as a reason for disgrace.
As for the marriage of a boy of a Seyyad lineage with a non-Seyyad girl without the consent of his parents, eventhough the Nikah will be valid in Shari'a, it is not suitable at all in an important matter like Nikah for a girl or boy to take such a step without consulting with their respective Awlia. Therefore it is necessary to abstain from such actions.
