I performed Umrah and not shaved my head

AOA, I performed one umrah and shaved my head. After that i performed 2nd umrah for my my mother, but after that i didn't have my head. I want to know it is right. If not, what is the solution Plz answer as soon as possible as i m going again for umrah. this time i also want to perform two umrah. Allah Hafiz

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

It had been necessary to just pass only the razor on head even when there remained no hair after performing 2nd or 3rd Umrah and a Dam ( payment of a penalty in the form of slaughtering of an animal in the precincts of the Haram at Makkah in compensation to a missed act in Haj/Umrah) had become Wajib upon applicant for leaving it. It is necessary to execute it and should take care about it in future Umras.
