Is this Halal to use the software without purchasing it as in our country

Assalam-o-Alaikum
I want to ask that we are using pirated software in our software house for development of customized business software including windows, Office, Programming Language etc ...... Is this Halal to use the software without purchasing it as in our country as well as all over the world people and companies using mostly cracked or unlicensed copy of the software And our job is valid Please give me the solution

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent and the Most Merciful
If the concerned company has prohibited copying the program and software without permission, in such a situation it is not correct to buy or sell copied program or software and should refrain from doing so. As for the employment of the questioner is concerned, there is no harm in doing it provided it is not connected with running of software.
