Dear Sir, Can I pay my ZAKAT in PMs special fund created to help displaced people of Swat Mangora Dir etc.

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

Yes. It is permissible to pay Zakat too, with the intention of helping the effected/displaced people who are entitled for Zakat and if the said organization is in fact taking care in spending the amount of Zakat in the real place of Zakat then it is permissible to give them the amount of Zakat too as Agent.
