Seeing the Qur'an Kareem while perform Namaz during taravih prayer

Assalamu Alaikum Mufti! Q:Few Imam of malayia are putting the big Quran in front of them and seeing, reading and leading the tarawih prayer. It is jaiz in islamic shariyah? Haneef Jamali Malaysia.

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

It is allowed to see the Qur'an Kareem and perform Namaz if they belong to Shafi'i or Maliki Maslak whereas it is prohibited in the Maslak of Ahnaf and also it is necessary to abstain from it.
