Performing Namaz while Restraining the Need to Relieve Oneself

While performing Namaz as a Muqtadi (behind the Imam) if one feels the necessity of passing wind or urine whereas there are rows of people too who perform Namaz behind, what does he do? Should he continue Namaz?

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
If one is able to restrain the need to relieve oneself until the completion of Namaz, then he should. However, if one feels the need to relieve oneself before beginning his Namaz, then it would be Makrooh for him to perform Namaz in that state. One must abstain from doing such.
