Assalamu alaikum!
1. I read in the Islam (magazine) a question that the Imam of Makkah does not keep Niyyath for the Namaz of ladies behind him and in reply the Moulana Sahib had said yes and it was so. Sir is it possible that the Imaam of Ka'ba does not keep Niyyath for the ladies who perform Namaz behind him while a large number of females do participate in every Namaz in Ka'ba. Feeling so much uneasy since I do not know whether this is correct or not. Please be kind enough to clarifiy the matter. May Allah reward you.

2. Assalamu Alaikum!
Sir I had enquired you about making videos and getting videos made, as to whether they were permissible or impermissible whereas Mufthi Munib ur Rahman Sahib had declared them as permissible? Jazakumullah Khaira.
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
(1) Imams of the Haramain adhere to the Hanbali school of thought, and according to them, it is not necessary to make special intention (Niyyath) to lead women in Salah, but rather, a general intention is sufficient. The Hanafi jurists are of a similar view according to one narration. However, the accepted view of the Hanafi scholars is that the Salah performed by women following them is valid, however, it should be repeated.
(2) Taking photos and videos of animated beings are unlawful according to the Shari'ah, from which refraining is necessary.
