Working with People of Different Sects and Religions

I build houses and buildings for work. A week ago, I came to know that my contractor and designer are both Qadiyani. I have no complains about them. In fact, I am very pleased with their work. We are currently working on a project together, and I would also like to work with them in future, if Allah wills. However, I have a few questions that need to be addressed.
(1) Is it permissible for me to work with a Qadiyani?
(2) I also supply wood and tires for work, but I don’t know if the people I work with are Qadiyani, Hindu, Christians, or of any other religion. Is it permissible for me to work with them?
(3) During work, I meet approximately thirty to fifty people every day, whose religious background I am not aware of. Should I ask them about their religious background before dealing with them?
