(1) What do the learned Muftis say about the issue of whether Isal e Sawab –conveying the reward of a good deed to another- is correct? And where is the proof for this?
(2) Similarly, a woman marries one man, he dies, then marries another man, he dies, then marries a third, he dies and is now married to a fourth man, now which man will she be married to on the Day of Judgment, that is, in Paradise?
(1) Isal e sawab - transmission of reward - is proven from the Quran and Hadith and the correct method is that if a person wants to convey the reward to a deceased person etc. through monetary related worship, then he should give whatever is available in charity with the intention of conveying the reward, without specifying any day, time, place or thing. And if the intention is to convey the reward of worship related to physical acts, then he should recite the Holy Quran or perform optional prayers etc. and convey the reward according to the above method. It is strongly hoped that by the mercy of Allah Almighty, the deceased will benefit from it and be eased from punishment. (2) There are two traditions in this regard, one is that the last husband will get her and the other tradition is that she will live in Paradise with the husband she likes to live with.
