Engaging in conventional bank's documents

What do the scholars say about the following problem:
I have a business, the nature of which is that if a person wants to take a loan from a bank, or buy a house, etc., then I guide the client of that bank on how to take a loan from the bank, etc, and go through all the stages and procedures required in completing relevant documents and give it to him. On the basis of this the client achieves his objective from the bank. I charge my fee for this.. Is this work of mine permissible? And by doing this, will my earnings be halal?

If the nature of the business of the questioner is that the questioner is merely acting as a guide to a client who is not familiar with the bank’s procedures in taking a loan etc. from any conventional bank and therefore, he prepares the required documents etc. and refers them to the client, after which the client himself takes his documents to the bank and makes an agreement regarding the intended matter, and the questioner is not directly involving in this agreement, in such a case, his earning will not be forbidden. However if it could be refrained from this also, it would be much better and praiseworthy.
However, if the questioner participates with the client in all the stages from the preparation of the documents required for the said matter to the finalization of this agreement of Riba (Interest), then this process of the questioner is directly involved in Riba transaction then will be impermissible and Haram according to Sharia, and in this case, the fee received by the questioner will not be halal. Hence it is necessary to avoid such kind of a business.
