In many wedding functions people use to beat drums and girls

Assalamu Alaikum In many wedding functions people use to beat drums and girls in that house use to sing songs etc and their voices do not go out of the house. I wish to ask whether this is correct or no? Is it permissible in Islam to beat drums and sing songs etc where music is not found?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

Playing drums is Haram however if small girls sing songs and beat Duff or a utensil such as a pot in marriage ceremonies in an infamous method, then there is an allowance of doing so.
