What is the ruling with regards to a non-Baligh child giving the Azan? Is this permissible? Can the congregational prayer be established after the Azan of a child? What would be the ruling if child repeatedly does this intentionally in the presence of other Baligh men? Is it necessary to wait until a Baligh person comes so that he can give the Azan?
If a non-Baligh child is sensible and capable of giving the Azan, then it would be permissible for him to do such. However, if there are Baligh men present, then it would be better if they would give the Azan.
