In the past 5 years there were 5 deaths in my father’s house

In the past 5 years there were 5 deaths in my father’s house; my father, my mother and my two young brothers. All of these deaths happen so suddenly. Anyone who sees the house says that Jinns abide in it. Now no one lives in the house. My sisters have gotten married and my brother’s wife is spending her waiting her period in her mother’s house. What is the solution to this issue? Is what they are saying about Jinns true or not? If it is true, please tell me a solution. We want to rent out the house to maintain my brother’s wife and two children. How should we rent it out?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

Death is something predestined, and has no connection with Jinns. This is why it is okay and undoubtedly permissible to live in the house or to rent it out.
