There is an online food service app that gives every new customer a discount voucher for advertising for them. This voucher is sent to the customer's phone number and can only be used once. If you try to create another account using the same phone number, you will not get another voucher. However, if you use a VPN or another hacking tool, you will be able to get another voucher. Will it be permissible to order food using another voucher? Will it be permissible to make a deal with the restaurant to pay them a portion of the value of the voucher and keep the rest?
It is permissible as per shari'ah for the restaurant to offer a discount voucher to their new customers. However, it is indeed an act of deceit to use a VPN or other hacking tools to create a new account in order to reobtain this offer, hence it will not be permissible as per Shari'ah to retrieve another voucher in this manner. This must be avoided. Furthermore, it is also deceitful for the customer to make a deal with the restaurant to share the value of the discount between themselves. This must also be avoided.
