Donation for the Masjid be accepted from anyone

Can donation for the masjid be accepted from someone of the Ithna-Ashariya sect?

If someone who is of the Ithna-Ashariya sect happily donates money to the Masjid as a form of worship or charity, and he apparently doesn’t seem to have any corrupted intentions for donating his money, then it is permissible, as per Shari’ah, to take his money and use it on the Masjid.
