You are not my wife nor am I your husband - divorce has occurred

My brother said to his wife during an argument, “نہ ہو میری بیوی نہ میں تیرا شوہر (i.e. You are not my wife nor am I your husband)”. Did divorce occur from this?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

If the mentioned words were uttered with the intention of divorce then divorce has occurred. Otherwise, it hasn’t.
