Removing Ihram without Performing Umra

Dear sir, I am from india,at present I am working in Saudi Arabia,so last month I went to umrah and I remove my ehram without performing umrah ,after that some one inform me that again I have to go masjid Ayesha do qusl and wear ehram and sacrifice one goat ,but I did not sacrifice goat rest of the thing I repeat that I went to Masjid Ayesha took qusl and wear ehram .so my umrah finish or what is punishment for not sacrificing animal.please let me reply.i am not in position to pay money as I have bank loan .but next week I come to my home my car get accident and I pay more money.may be allah angry and he punish me.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Removing the Ihram without having performed Umra causes Dam to become Wajib upon the perpetrator, it will also be incumbent upon him to do Qadha of his Umra.
Nonetheless, eventhough the Qadha has already been fulfilled when the questioner re-performed the Umra, offering the Dam still remained Wajib upon him. Thus, the questioner must perform an animal sacrifice within the boundaries of the Haram, or give the money for purchasing the animal to someone else who would do such on his behalf, in order for the Dam to be fulfilled.
