Can a Hafizah recite the Qur'an on her periods?

1- Can a woman "hifz" quran during periods without touching quran and on internet? 2- Can she "recite" Quran orally or on internet during periods? 3- Can one recite quran on internet without "wadoo"?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Just as it is Haram and unlawful for a woman to touch the Holy Qur'an during her menstruation period, it is also prohibited for her to recite the Holy Qur'an while in this state. Regardless of whether she touches the Qur’an while reciting, recites from memory, or reads the Quranic verses from a screen, the ruling in all cases is the same. However if she recites each word of any Quranic verses in separate breaths rather than reciting the entire verse in one breath, (for example: instead of reciting the entire verse "Al-Hamdu lillahi Rabbil-Aalameen" in one breath, she recites "Al-Hamdulillah" in one breath, and "Rabbil-Aalameen" in separate breath) then this is allowed for her. Whereas, if she is merely not in a state of ablution, it will be permissible for her to recite Holy Qur'an by memory or from a screen, however, touching it in this state is also unlawful.

مأخَذُ الفَتوی

ففی الفتاوى الهندية: (ومنها) حرمة قراءة القرآن لا تقرأ الحائض والنفساء والجنب شيئا من القرآن والآية وما دونها سواء في التحريم على الأصح إلا أن لا يقصد بما دون الآية القراءة مثل أن يقول الحمد لله يريد الشكر أو بسم الله عند الأكل أو غيره فإنه لا بأس به. هكذا في الجوهرة النيرة ولا تحرم قراءة آية قصيرة تجري على اللسان عند الكلام كقوله تعالى ﴿ثم نظر﴾ (المدثر: 21) أو ﴿ولم يولد﴾ (الإخلاص: 3) . هكذا في الخلاصة. (1/ 38)
وفي شرح فتح القدير: ووجهه أن ما دون الآية لا يعد بها قارئا قال تعالى ﴿فاقرؤوا ما تيسر من القرآن﴾ كما قال - صلى الله عليه وسلم - لا يقرأ الجنب القرآن فكما لا يعد قارئا بما دون الآية حتى لا تصح بها الصلاة كذا لا يعد بها قارئا فلا يحرم على الجنب والحائض وقالوا إذا حاضت المعلمة تعلم كلمة كلمة وتقطع بين الكلمتين وعلى قول الطحاوى نصف آية اه(1/ 168)
و فی الدر المختار: (و) يحرم (به) أي بالأكبر (وبالأصغر) مس مصحف: أي ما فيه آية كدرهم وجدار، (إلی قوله)ٰ (إلا بغلاف متجاف) (إلی قوله) (ولا يكره النظر إليه) أي القرآن (لجنب وحائض ونفساء) لأن الجنابة لا تحل العين (ك) ما لا تكره (أدعية) أي تحريما، وإلا فالوضوء لمطلق الذكر مندوب، وتركه خلاف الأولى اھ (1/ 173،174) والله أعلم بالصواب!
