Aborting a 10 months old fetus

Is it permissible for a mother to abort a one month old fetus, when she is already responsible for the upbringing of her two year old daughter and 5 month old son, and her health does not allow her to have the baby?

If the pregnancy can have a negative effect on the health of the mother, or the child she is currently breastfeeding, then it would be allowed for her to abort the fetus within four months of pregnancy. However, it would not be permissible for her to abort the fetus after four months of pregnancy. This must be avoided.
