Mas'aa is not allocated in a new place

Respected Sir,
1 What do the respected Mufthis say about performing Sa'ee in the new Masaa which is made parallel to the real Masaa outside of the Haram? Doing Sa'ee in this place is correct or no?
2 If it is not correct then based on it what will be the ruling of doing Sa'ee there since the real Masaa is demolished due to expantion of Haram these days and Sa'ee is possible only in the new place?
3 Since the real Masaa is not existing is it correct or no to perform Umrah for those who stay inside the Hil?
4 If the answer for the question no 3 is negative then what is the ruling of the Umrah performed during this time by a person who stays inside Hil?
Answer is requested at the earliest so that people could escape from doing more mistakes. Jazakallahu Khairan Kaseeran Kaseera

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

According to our informations the new Mas'aa is not allocated in a new place, instead, it is made on the new floor constructed above the old Mas'aa. If the situation infact too, is as informed to us, then the ruling on making Sa'ee on new Mas'aa is same as making Sa'ee on old Mas'aa. Therefore all the Umrahs performed by those who perform Umrah are undoubtedly permissible and correct and need not fall on unnecessary doubts. And if there is a different situation, then let that be sent on e mail in detail and after pondering over it Insha Allah the Shar'i ruling on it would announced.
