How will the one afflicted with urinary incontinence perform Salah?

Assalamu Alaikum Janab my friend is having the sickness of leaking drops of urine and due to this drops are leaked and can he perform Namaz?

If urine of the person concerned in the aforesaid matter drips continuously to such an extent that he is not able to perform at least the Fard Salah with complete purity, then he will be considered a Ma’zoor(excused person) in Shari’a. Ruling for a Ma’zoor is that after performing ablution, it will not be rendered invalid by the occurrence of one's ailment, however, other invalidators will invalidate the ablution. The ablution of the Ma'zoor will also expire upon the expiry of the Salah time, and he will have to perform a new ablution for the next Salah. If the time for any Salah passes completely without the occurrence of his ailment, then he will not be considered as a Ma'zoor anymore, and he will perform Salah only after having complete purity.
