Going to Umra with husband's nephews

There is a woman who is over 60 years old. She has no children, but she brought up her husband’s nephews. Can the nephews of her husband and their mother take this woman with them for Hajj or not?

If this woman goes for Hajj/Umra with her husband’s nephews, her Hajj/Umra would be valid, however, she would be sinful for traveling with a Non-Mahram.
