is Men shaving beard Haram.

Dear Sir, (Mufti Sahab)
Assalam- o-Alakum
I have three questions, Please answer these question from your valuable and precious time. I'll be highly thankful to you and pray to Allah, Rabul-izzat may grant to you Iger for this act of kindness.
Q No. 1. I have heard Alims saying " The writing of Salam & Swad (in urdu Or Arabic ) instead of complete Sallal-laho alhe Wassalam (Peace be upon him ) is Haram. Also after Muhammad ,Writing SAW is not correct,it is Haram. It should be in full form not short letter.
Q. No.2. Men shaving beard is Haram. I have ever heard ,it is sunnat. But having said, Haram ..... please clearify.
Q.No.3. Ladies cutting hair is Haram or not.

IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE MOST BENEFICENT AND THE MOST MERCIFUL
Writing only “Swaad” (in Arabic/Urdu) or “SAW” (in English) etc. instead of complete Durood Shariff after the holy name of Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam is an indication that the writer, at the time of writing has recited the complete Durood Shariff. Even if it was not so, yet, writing as such cannot be called as Haram, Of course it is considered to be stinginess, avarice, incompliancy and disobliging hence it is necessary to refrain from it and pay attention to write Durood Shariff in full.
According to the IJMA (consensus) of Umma, having beard and growing it to a fist-length is Wajib and this is why shortening it to a lesser length, trimming or shaving etc are impermissible and Haram.
As for woman’s hair it is her beauty and it is not permissible to cut or shorten it without a Shar’i reason or a severe constraint situation. Hence it is obligatory to stop doing so in either cases, both due to resemblance with men or merely for fashion
