Can women use metal blades to remove pubic hair?

1. How often should the pubic hair be cleaned? Can females use blades, scissors (things made of metal)? What portion should be cleansed and which system should be adopted?
2. After how many days break should physical contact be made with husband?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
(1) Removing the pubic hair from one's body on a weekly basis is Mustahab(recommended), where delaying this until 15 days is also permissible. However, leaving the pubic hair on one's body beyond 40 days is an extremely disliked and sinful act.
Although it is permissible for women to use metal blades for removing their pubic hair, the usage of cream or power for fulfilling this purpose is recommended and more preferred.
The boundary of the pubic hair starts from the area below the navel where the belly overlaps when sitting in squatting position to, on and around both the private parts, rear and front.

(2) The Shari'ah has not mentioned a specific limit regarding this matter. However, according to some physicians, it should be adopted once a month, or in the case of tire need, twice a month. If the necessity still persists, then once or twice a week. However, it is quite harmful to engage in the act multiple times in one night or on a daily basis. (Tuhfathun-Nikah)

مأخَذُ الفَتوی

فی الدر المختار: ویستحبّ (حلق عانته وتنظیف بدنه) بالاغتسال فی کل أسبوع مرّة) وجاز فی کل خمسة عشرة وکره ترکه وراء الأربعین. (۶/ ۴۰۶)
